Auctioneer Accreditation

Expand your real estate skills or agency service offering into auctioneering, speeding up the sales process and maximizing your returns. Successful completion of the Auctioneering Accreditation Course allows an agent to become an Accredited Auctioneer with NSW Fair Trading. It is also an elective cluster from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. 

Course Overview 

The course requires completion of three units of competency that build skills in undertaking the pre-auction processes, conducting a sale by auction and completing post-auction processes and contract execution. The course includes the practical elements of conducting two mock auctions to build confidence.

* Certificate holders note: Completing this course will satisfy your annual CPD requirements. 

Prerequisites 

15 units of competency from Real Estate Agent Licence course (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) or current Real Estate Licence.

This course is delivered by attending our 1 Day Face to Face or Online Zoom Class.

CPPREP4161 Undertake pre-auction processes

CPPREP4162 Conduct and complete sale by auction

CPPREP4163 Complete post-auction process and contact execution 

Study Options 

Leverage Academy offers this course by blended learning consisting of distance education and face to face tutorial workshops (live virtual classroom). Participants are assessed through a combination of written assessments, case studies and other practical assessments. Tutorial assistance and guidance is provided by qualified trainers and assessors. 

Recognition of Prior Learning 

Leverage Academy offers Recognition for Prior Learning (RPL). RPL requires students to undertake a series of assessments for a qualification or units of competency. These are aligned to an individual’s previous learning and are deemed equivalent to the learning outcomes of the components of the qualification or unit(s) of competency, being obtained through this process. RPL is a complex and rigorous assessment method. Leverage Academy recommends this assessment method be investigated as an option for individuals who are currently working in the real estate industry or hold current qualifications or units of competency relating to the real estate industry. Leverage Academy requires individuals who are producing evidence for this assessment method, to provide current evidence.

Course fees 

The cost for the Auctioneering Accreditation including face to face tutorials is $795.
