Meet our dynamic duo, Craig Swan (the professor) and Bailey Compton (referred to fondly as the Guru).
Craig Swan is a solicitor, licensed real estate agent, Strata Managing Agent, property Valuer, and holder of an Australian Credit License. Craig’s career in property began through the traditional pathway of property management and residential sales, honing his skills as a commercial agent with Jones Lang La Salle. From there, Craig mastered the intricacies of property development, worked with one of the Big 5 law firms on property and structured titles and excelled as a mortgage broker, winning AMA Broker of the Year – Reverse Equity in 2007. There’s not much about real estate he doesn’t know.
Craig holds multiple licenses under the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act, and is a regular trainer, commentator and guest speaker in Real Estate related forums.
Bailey Compton has spent over two decades in the property industry. He started his career working for the Department of Fair Trading, then advanced as a solicitor and trainer of real estate agents. Bailey’s practical experience in investigating, prosecuting and licensing agents in Government, training agents, creating property business, undertaking conveyancing and advising people on estate structures gives him a feel for the industry that others don’t.
Combined, you’ll hear over 50 years of experience speak in the most entertaining way.
