Overview
Leverage Academy has approval by the Commissioner for Fair Trading to deliver your real estate CPD hours. These compulsory learning topics will be delivered through our virtual classroom over two sessions:
Session 1:
Real Estate Reforms, including trust account requirements (1 hour)
Rules of Conduct (1 hour)
Session 2 (category specific):
Risk Management in Stock & Station (1 hour)

CPD Requirements
All stock & station agents are required to complete 3 compulsory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours each year (historically this was 12 points) and 3 hours of elective CPD. Leverage Academy gives you access to a broad range of high quality, accurate and agency-specific training.

How are my CPD hours are awarded?
You must attend the live CPD course and successfully complete a small exam we provide to be awarded with 3 compulsory CPD hours.
I bought the electives package, how are my elective subjects awarded?
To achieve 3 hours of elective CPD you must watch 3 of the elective subject videos.
How does virtual classroom work?
Just like face-to-face training, during this virtual training class we will have breaks and you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
What if I miss the live session?
If you can’t tune in live, be sure to register anyway as we’ll be recording the session. I’ll send you a copy afterwards to watch in your own time.
Can I recommend topics?
If you have any elective topics you would like to see covered or questions you’d like answered, please submit them ahead of time upon registration.
